Shareholders and residents are invited to attend an informal Talk to the Board Session on Sunday Sept. 17th 4:00-5:30pm in the Bldg. 6 Recreation Room (basement).  First-come, first-served for questions or sharing concerns and/or ideas with two Dunolly Board members. Dunolly Fall Garden Party: Saturday Sept. 23rd 3-7pm

All residents (and invited guests) are welcome to join us for the annual Garden Party fundraiser hosted by the Dunolly Garden Committee on Saturday Sept. 23rd 3-7pm in the Central Courtyard. The party has wonderful home-cooked food and desserts donated by Dunolly residents and a raffle with fabulous prizes! We are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Garden Committee!  All the proceeds benefit the gardens at Dunolly. Rain date is Sunday Sept. 24th.  For more info, contact queries@dunollygardens.com

Dunolly Children's Garden Planting Day: May 13th 10am

Children and parents of Dunolly Gardens are invited to join the annual Children's Garden Planting Day on Sat. May 13th 10am (located behind Bldg 5--34-20 79th St.).  The Garden Committee provides seeds & plants, tools, and kids' gloves. Bring a snack or juice to share with others. Annual Shareholders' Meeting: Thursday May 11th 2017--New Quorum Prizes

The Dunolly Gardens Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Thursday May 11th 2017 from 7:30-9:30pm at the Community Church (81-10 35th Ave., Jackson Heights).

At this meeting, four (4) Board members will be elected for two-year terms, and important information about Dunolly’s finances, general governing, and future plans will be shared. This year we are introducing Quorum Incentive Prizes: 2 Attendance prizes @ $400 each (you must be present during the drawing to win) and 2 Proxy submission prizes @ $100 each. All prizes will be awarded as a credit on Shareholders’ Maintenance bills.  The Board urges all Shareholders to attend this meeting and participate in the Dunolly community.

2017 Annual Shareholders' Meeting: Thursday May 11th

The Dunolly Gardens Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Thursday May 11th 2017 from 7:30-9:30pm at the Community Church (81-10 35th Ave., Jackson Heights). The Agenda will include an Election for 3 board members. Board Nomination Forms (& brief statement) are due Monday April 3rd 5pm to the AKAM Mgt. Office (34-20 79th St., Basement). Notice and nomination form sent to Shareholders by mail or you can download from "Documents & Forms".
