The Dunolly Flea Market will take place on Sunday June 23rd 2019 9am-4pm with numerous vendors on the sidewalks of 78th Street, 34th Ave., and the Dunolly driveway. This is an annual fundraiser for the Dunolly Garden Committee, which has several tables of its own selling household goods, kitchenware, kids' toys & clothes, jewelry, etc., as well as baked goods and refreshments.

The Dunolly Gardens Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Mon. May 13th 2019 7:30-9:30pm at the Community Church (81-10 35th Ave. Jackson Heights). Shareholders are strongly encouraged to attend or to complete a proxy, if unable to attend, so that the co-op's business can be conducted. An election for 3 Board of Directors will take place, an overview of the 2018 Financial Report will be presented by our Accountant, and Board President will give updates on 2019 projects/plans. We have 2 Candidates for 3 open seats to date. Candidate nominations can also be made from the floor at the Annual Meeting. The 2019 Candidate Nomination Form has been mailed to shareholders [with Monday April 8th 5pm deadline]. Candidate nominations can also be made from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Proxies will be sent out in the mail one month prior to the meeting and there will be a Get Out the Vote (GOTV) effort by Dunolly volunteers. 2018 Dunolly Flea Market: Rescheduled for Sunday Sept. 9th

The Dunolly Flea Market was postponed due to an inclement weather forecast on Sunday May 20th 2018. It has been rescheduled for Sunday Sept. 9th 9am-4pm with numerous vendors on the sidewalks of 78th Street, 34th Ave., and the Dunolly driveway. This is an annual fundraiser for the Dunolly Garden Committee, which has several tables of its own selling household goods, kitchenware, kids' toys & clothes, CDs, DVDs, jewelry, etc., as well as baked treats/refreshments.

Thank you to Dunolly Shareholders for attending and submitting proxies in record numbers at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 23rd 2018. We achieved a strong Quorum, and had 7 candidates for 5 open seats. The following are the Board Election Results and the approved Board Officers/Positions for the Dunolly Owners' Corp. Board of Directors (as of May 29th 2018):

The Dunolly Gardens Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Wed. May 23rd 2018 7:30-9:30pm at the Community Church (81-10 35th Ave. Jackson Heights). Shareholders are strongly encouraged to attend or to complete a proxy*, if unable to attend, so that the co-op's business can be conducted. An election for 5 Board of Directors will take place, an overview of the 2017 Financial Report will be presented by our Accountant, and Board President will give updates on 2018 projects/plans. Candidate nominations can also be made from the floor (and seconded) at the May 23rd Annual Meeting. For those who cannot attend the meeting, a Directed Proxy* and a General Proxy* were included in the Official Notice of Meeting, and can be gotten from GOTV volunteers.
