Shareholders and residents are invited to attend an informal Talk to the Board Session on Saturday June 23rd 4:00-5:30pm in the Bldg. 5 (34-20 79th St.) Board Room (basement office).  First-come, first-served for questions or sharing concerns and/or ideas with Dunolly Board member(s). Thank you to Dunolly Shareholders for attending and submitting proxies in record numbers at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 23rd 2018. We achieved a strong Quorum, and had 7 candidates for 5 open seats. The following are the Board Election Results and the approved Board Officers/Positions for the Dunolly Owners' Corp. Board of Directors (as of May 29th 2018):

Dunolly Gardens Annual Shareholders' Meeting: Wed. May 23rd 7:30pm

The Dunolly Gardens Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Wed. May 23rd 2018 7:30-9:30pm at the Community Church (81-10 35th Ave. Jackson Heights). Shareholders are strongly encouraged to attend or to complete a proxy*, if unable to attend, so that the co-op's business can be conducted. An election for 5 Board of Directors will take place, an overview of the 2017 Financial Report will be presented by our Accountant, and Board President will give updates on 2018 projects/plans. Candidate nominations can also be made from the floor (and seconded) at the May 23rd Annual Meeting. For those who cannot attend the meeting, a Directed Proxy* and a General Proxy* were included in the Official Notice of Meeting, and can be gotten from GOTV volunteers. Proxies are also available to download under Docs & Forms at: https://sites.google.com/a/dunollygardens.com/public-site/resource-center. Dunolly Sping Flea Market: Sun May 20th--Cancelled due to rain forecast

The Dunolly Spring Flea Market will be held on Sunday May 20th 2018 9am-4pm with numerous vendors on the sidewalks of 78th Street, 34th Ave., and the Dunolly driveway. This is an annual fundraiser for the Dunolly Garden Committee, which has several tables of its own selling household goods, kitchenware, kids' toys & clothes, CDs, DVDs, jewelry, etc., as well as baked treats/refreshments.

Shareholders are strongly encouraged to attend or to complete a proxy, if unable to attend, so that the co-op's business can be conducted. An election for 4 Board of Directors will take place, an overview of the 2017 Financial Report will be presented by our Accountant, and Board President will give updates on 2018 projects/plans. Interested Board Candidates are asked to submit his/her 2018 Candidate Nomination Form by Monday April 16th 5pm. Forms were sent in the mail with the meeting notice, and can be downloaded under Docs & Forms.
