The Dunolly Gardens Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Mon. May 13th 2019 7:30-9:30pm
at the Community Church (81-10 35th Ave. Jackson Heights).
Shareholders are strongly encouraged to attend or to complete a proxy,
if unable to attend, so that the co-op's business can be conducted. An
election for 3 Board of Directors will take place, an overview of the
2018 Financial Report will be presented by our Accountant, and Board
President will give updates on 2019 projects/plans. We have 2 Candidates for 3 open seats to date. Candidate nominations
can also be made from the floor at the Annual Meeting. Download the 2019 Proxies and the Board Election Overview FAQ under
Docs & Forms. There will be a Get Out the Vote (GOTV) effort by
