The Dunolly Gardens Annual
Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Thursday May 11th 2017 from
7:30-9:30pm at the Community Church (81-10 35th Ave., Jackson Heights). At this meeting, four (4) Board members will be elected for two-year terms, and important information about Dunolly’s finances, general governing, and future plans will be shared. This year we are introducing Quorum Incentive Prizes: 2 Attendance prizes @ $400 each (you must be present during the drawing to win) and 2 Proxy submission prizes @ $100 each. All prizes will be awarded as a credit on Shareholders’ Maintenance bills. The Board urges all Shareholders to attend this meeting and participate in the Dunolly community.
