Dunolly Gardens Annual Shareholders' Meeting: Wed. May 23rd 7:30pm

The Dunolly Gardens Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Wed. May 23rd 2018 7:30-9:30pm at the Community Church (81-10 35th Ave. Jackson Heights). Shareholders are strongly encouraged to attend or to complete a proxy*, if unable to attend, so that the co-op's business can be conducted. An election for 5 Board of Directors will take place, an overview of the 2017 Financial Report will be presented by our Accountant, and Board President will give updates on 2018 projects/plans. Candidate nominations can also be made from the floor (and seconded) at the May 23rd Annual Meeting. For those who cannot attend the meeting, a Directed Proxy* and a General Proxy* were included in the Official Notice of Meeting, and can be gotten from GOTV volunteers.
