Oversees strategic communication among Shareholders, Residents, Management, Staff and the neighboring Community.

Admissions Committee
Reviews applications for Dunolly Gardens sales and sublets.

Garden Committee
Assists with gardening tasks, composting, and hosts several fundraising and social events throughout the year.
Since 2005, has hosted an annual fundraising garden party and since 1998 annual flea market fundraisers.
Participates in the annual Historic Garden Tour hosted by the Jackson Heights Beautification Group (JHBG).
Received a 2015 Good Neighbor Award from JHBG for "the sensitive renovation of the interior and exterior gardens".

Technology Committee

Maintains the Dunolly Gardens website and other Internet-based activities.
Get Out The Vote (GOTV) Committee
Organized through the Public Relations Committee each year in an ad hoc fashion.
Organizes the annual Get-Out-the-Vote effort by Dunolly volunteers each spring to encourage attendance and obtain proxies to achieve a 51% quorum so that the Board Election can be held at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
